365 Project Day 17 – House Martins

There is currently a colony of House Martins nesting on and around my home so I decided to get my 300mm out and try to grab some shots. This is my first attempt and any kind of nature photography and its clear that I have a lot to learn. Even with a 300mm on 1.5Crop sensor the bird are pretty small and I had to crop in quite a bit to get what I wanted.
